Fresh Fruit Processing AssociateA Fruit Line Processor is an on-site position and requires regular attendance at the facility. It is responsible for preparing, processing, and packaging fresh cut fruit products according to company specifications and food safety standards. Work is performed in a cold production environment as part of a team that creates finished fruit items for distribution.Schedule: 4:00am – 12:30pm Weekend availability is required.Duties Include but are not limited to:Cut, slice, dice, peel, and bag fruit products using knives or mechanical equipmentWash, weigh, and package fruit according to recipe and portion guidelinesFollow standard recipes and production specifications to ensure consistency and qualityOperate high speed ?mechanical processing equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following GMPs and food safetyWork independently or as part of a team to meet production goals in a refrigerated environmentQualifications:Experience with manual knife work or food processing equipment is preferredAbility to work in cold temperatures for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety proceduresAbility to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksTeam oriented attitude and reliability in attendance and performance
