We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.As an Analyst, Pricing in Freight Forwarding at RXO, you'll manage pricing requests, develop accurate customer-facing quotes, support air and ocean freight pricing activity, and partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to respond to customer bids, RFQs, and strategic pricing opportunities.

If you're driven and looking for a place to grow, come join us.What your day-to-day will look like:Respond to pricing requests for ocean, air, road transportation, and related logistics services from sales teams across the companyPrepare accurate and competitive customer-facing quotes, including freight charges, fuel surcharges, security fees, and accessorial costsAnalyze airline, consolidator, ocean carrier, NVOCC, and partner network rates to support competitive pricing solutionsReview customer requirements and evaluate routing options, transit times, carrier reliability, and service alternativesCompile contract and spot rates, market indices, carrier pricing changes, and contract utilization data to support RFQs and customer bidsConduct margin analysis to help ensure pricing supports profitability targets and company guidelinesUpdate rate management and configure price quote systems, working with internal teams and third parties to keep pricing information currentMaintain carrier contract information, rate repositories, and pricing documentationPartner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to support new business, pricing agreements, and customer pricing reviewsCommunicate pricing recommendations, market intelligence, and quote activity to internal stakeholdersSupport strategic network, procurement, and trade lane pricing initiativesAt a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military or work experience1 year of experience in the transportation and logistics industryIt'd be great if you also have:Experience pricing ocean, air, and road transportation servicesUnderstanding of carrier contracts, tariffs, and rate structuresFamiliarity with international shipping documentation, trade lanes, and IncotermsExperience supporting customer RFQs, bids, and pricing initiativesStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsExperience with transportation, freight forwarding, CRM, or pricing management systemsExposure to CargoWise, PNet, Catapult, Freightos, or similar platformsCollege credits in International BusinessExperience pricing drayage, transload, or warehousing servicesOur BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company matchPre-tax accounts to help streamline eligible expensesCompany-paid disability and life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Career and Leadership Development ProgramsPaid time off, company holidays, and volunteer daysOur CultureOur values are the key to our unique culture and our ability to deliver for everyone we serve.
