Position: 100% Remote 1099 Independent Contractor
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead initial video discovery calls with couples to select ideal resort locations for destination weddings, honeymoons, or anniversary trips.
Coordinate group room contracts with resort sales managers, securing group rates, perks, and deposit deadlines.
Manage guest booking rosters, assisting family members and guests with their individual flight and room reservations via phone.
Serve as the liaison between the wedding couple, their guests, and the resort's on-site wedding planning team.
Required Skills:
Active Listening: Empathetic listening skills to help couples navigate budget constraints and family preferences without stress.
Active Reading: Careful reading of group contract terms, room block attrition policies, and travel insurance coverage rules.
Tech Literacy: Fundamental computer skills, including cloud-based file storage, email organization, and video calling applications.
Communication: Exceptional phone and video chat demeanor, balancing professional authority with warm hospitality.
Compensation:
Commission-driven performance model. Realistic annual earning expectations for focused contractors are $35,000 to $70,000+ per year, driven by high total invoice values on group travel.
Training & Onboarding:
Complete training provided. Covers destination wedding group management, contract negotiation basics, resort partner tools, and client relationship management (CRM) software operations
