Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for a client in Frederick, MD.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials
- Use power tools and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with receiving, stocking, staging, and preparing materials
- Load and unload products and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory and proper material placement
- Perform general warehouse and material-handling duties
- Work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work independently while supporting the overall warehouse team
- 1-3 years of forklift experience required
- Experience using power tools required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Strong commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
