Forklift Operator
Job Summary:
Join a fast-paced warehouse team where your forklift skills keep operations moving and every shift counts. Our client is seeking a reliable and safety-minded Electric Forklift Operator to support afternoon operations in a busy facility. In this role, no two days are the same - you'll be moving product, maintaining workflow, and playing a hands-on part in keeping the warehouse running at peak efficiency. Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification required; must have hands-on experience safely operating electric forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Perform core forklift duties including loading/unloading shipments, moving pallets, stacking product, and transporting materials to designated areas throughout the facility.
• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections of the electric forklift; report any mechanical issues or hazards to a supervisor promptly.
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including safety protocols, work orders, and supervisory direction.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating electric forklifts in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to safety standards and warehouse best practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Open availability required - must be flexible to work any days within a Monday-Sunday schedule (two days off per week).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery throughout an extended shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Schedule & Pay:

• Afternoon Shift - Monday through Sunday, two days off per week; shift typically begins at 3:00 PM until end of work
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00
