Food/Consumables Team Associate

Overview

This role requires attentive, detail‑oriented work across multiple departments, ensuring a clean, high‑quality shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Make important decisions regarding the quality of fruit and vegetables sold.
• Work in the deli to provide front‑line customer service and support.
• Assist customers in celebrating special moments in the bakery, helping with cake decoration and other bakery needs.
• Support the dry grocery department by ensuring customers find the items they look for.
• Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and departments, check and maintain temperature control, verify product dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products.

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation can include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
