HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Float Pool PreOp/PACU Nurse to support surgical patients across multiple units. In this role, you will prepare patients for surgery, provide safe, high-quality post-anesthesia care, and monitor recovery. You will perform assessments, administer medications, manage IVs and airway support, and respond to changes in patient condition.
As part of a collaborative perioperative team, you’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and adapt quickly to different units, supporting HCA’s mission of patient-centered, evidence-based care.
