Neogen Care is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for our Hawaii home health agency in Kapolei. The PT will perform skilled evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and a care team to meet patient goals.
Required are a DPT, Hawaii PT license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of recent PT experience in home health or institutional settings. Driving to Kapolei area locations is expected.
