Job Title: Fleet Mechanic
Pay: $31 - $39/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will work closely with a dedicated team to keep our clients' vehicles on the road and perform at their best.
What You'll Do
As a fleet mechanic, you will be responsible for
• Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and drive trains.
• Perform DOT inspections and lubrication services to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics and assess vehicles' operational capabilities.
• Utilize welding skills to assist with repairs (welding experience a plus but not mandatory).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document repair and maintenance activities accurately.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
• A two-year certificate from technical school or college, or 3-5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Valid OR or WA driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Welding skills are a plus but not required.
