MV Transportation seeks a Fleet Maintenance Trainer to develop and deliver hands-on technical training for bus and fleet technicians supporting safe, reliable transit service. In this on-site role, you will assess skill gaps, create and lead classroom and shop-based instruction on diagnostics, preventive maintenance, electrical and hydraulic systems, and safety procedures. You will reinforce MV’s culture of safety and continuous improvement through coaching, performance evaluations, and standardized maintenance practices across locations.
