Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects for fire alarm companies or related industries.
  • Ability to interpret and review contract documents, proposals, engineering specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Skilled at planning and overseeing multiple technical installation projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Strong budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking abilities.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits, attend meetings, and document findings in detail.
  • Capable of managing procurement, scheduling, and coordination of materials and resources.
