Position Summary
Join our team as a Fire Alarm Foreman and play a critical role in ensuring life safety and compliance. You'll install, inspect, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems while working with cutting-edge technology and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Install new fire alarm systems and components.

Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Identify and implement corrective actions to bring systems into compliance.

Modify and repair existing alarm and detection systems.

Respond to service calls, including occasional emergency calls outside standard hours.

Attend training to stay current on fire codes and system technologies.

Estimate time, materials, and resources for projects.

Review and inspect work for compliance with plans and specifications.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in Fire Protection/Life Safety industry.

Hands-on experience with fire detection systems (e.g., VESDA, FM200, gas extinguishing systems).

Strong knowledge of fire alarms, access control, and security systems.

Proficient in low-voltage wiring and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with National Fire Alarm Code.

Ability to read and interpret system design plans and construction drawings.
Requirements
-
DENFA/FA2 - Combined Denver Fire Alarm and On-Site Competent Person (required).

Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing (up to 200 ft), working in confined spaces, and outdoors in all weather.

Must have required tools.

Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.

Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
Base Compensation: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
