Fintech Corporate Counsel: Lending & Payments Leader

Collectors Universe, Inc. in Santa Ana seeks a Corporate Counsel to lead the lending and payments program from the California office. Remote or hybrid candidates will be considered, with onsite presence preferred for those within commuting distance.

You will report to the General Counsel and help build the legal infrastructure for a bank-originated lending program while scaling with the business and evolving payments ecosystems.
