Finish Carpenter / Drywall & Paint TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team who can complete drywall finishing, painting, and trim work. The ideal candidate must speak English, have strong attention to detail, and possess basic to moderate carpentry skills.ResponsibilitiesFinish and repair drywall (taping, mudding, sanding, and patching)Paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, etc.)Install and repair trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casingPerform light carpentry work and minor repairsPrepare work areas and protect surrounding surfacesMaintain tools and equipment in good conditionFollow safety guidelines and company standardsCommunicate clearly with supervisors and customersRequirementsAbility to speak and understand EnglishExperience with drywall finishing, painting, and trim workBasic carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing materials)Ability to use hand and power tools safelyStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable transportation and punctualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when neededPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in residential or commercial construction/restorationKnowledge of remodeling and repair workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunities for advancementSteady work and supportive team environmentCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
