The ideal candidate must speak English, have strong attention to detail, and possess basic to moderate carpentry skills.ResponsibilitiesFinish and repair drywall (taping, mudding, sanding, and patching)Paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, etc.)Install and repair trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casingPerform light carpentry work and minor repairsPrepare work areas and protect surrounding surfacesMaintain tools and equipment in good conditionFollow safety guidelines and company standardsCommunicate clearly with supervisors and customersRequirementsAbility to speak and understand EnglishExperience with drywall finishing, painting, and trim workBasic carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing materials)Ability to use hand and power tools safelyStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable transportation and punctualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when neededCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
