Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to provide tailored insurance and financial solutions.
- Assist clients in understanding and obtaining life, health, and investment products.
- Collaborate with mentors and leadership to grow sales and wealth‑management skills.
- Support ongoing client needs and renewals to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- No finance background required; sales, service, or people‑facing experience is a big plus.
- Must obtain Life & Health insurance licensing—covered by the company.
- Will prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, including coursework and a $2,000 bonus upon completion.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
