Harmer has partnered with a company in the Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Financial Analyst.

- Compensation: Base + Bonus + Benefits
Role will be a hybrid Finance/Accounting role (with greater emphasis on Finance).
This role will be heavily involved with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, KPI trackers, and partnering with Controller and Operations. Additionally, there will be 10-20% of general accounting duties (such as accounting entries).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis) along with some Accounting experience
- Experience with working capital metrics is valuable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar)
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given strong attention
- Accounting knowledge helpful
- Key Characteristics: Drive, motivation, desire to be a business partner, and question the status quo. This is a business that doesn’t have established processes, such that individuals will need to be resourceful, inquisitive, and strategic.
