Financial Analyst – Elkhart, IN

Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in Elkhart, Indiana. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts while partnering closely with leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis

• Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes

• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives

• Analyze revenue, cost trends, and operational performance

• Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysis

• Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2–5 years of financial analysis or corporate accounting experience

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)

• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
