Finance Project Manager

Overview

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to provide oversight of financial and procurement services for a large Federal agency initiative. Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced. Department: Project Management.

Base pay range

$74,741.33/yr - $96,096.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing workflows in the Office of Financial and Procurement Services
• Perform and oversee financial and procurement services
• Maintain frequent contact with Government Case Managers and DOJ staff
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Oversee a small team of financial analysts
• Perform active quality assurance to deliver high-quality work on time
• Train staff on entering and updating data in proprietary databases

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience in financial systems
• Proven communication skills to interact with clients and attorneys
• Ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical activities
• Expert knowledge of Finance Systems including SAS; strong writing and oral communication skills; and strong management skills
• Knowledge of the Government\'s data processing environment (office automation networks, PC-based databases, internet and server-based applications)
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• Undergraduate degree required; Law Degree desirable
