- Partner closely with business leaders to understand performance and provide actionable financial insights.
- Prepare and present financial results, forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support process improvements and continued enhancement of FP&A and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience with strong hands-on FP&A experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
- Multi-entity consolidation experience across business units, regions and/or joint ventures.
- Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, BPC, OneStream, Hyperion or similar.
- Strong business partnering, communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Ability to work independently and successfully navigate a fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
- LATAM/regional finance experience, joint ventures, multiple countries/currencies, large publicly traded organizations, and entertainment, hospitality, venues, media or other multi-unit environments are highly desirable. Experience with frequent forecasting/pacing, finance transformation or process improvement is also beneficial. Portuguese and/or an MBA are a plus.
