Finance Functional Solution Architect

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules
• Design and optimize financial business processes within SAP FICO with the Sr. Solution Architect
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as SOX
• Gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices with cross-functional teams
• Configure SAP FICO components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting
• Manage system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, SAP B4, third-party applications, and external systems
• Develop and maintain configuration, process, testing, and control documentation
• Provide user training, support, and guidance on SAP FICO functionalities
• Monitor SAP updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes and recommend improvements
• Assist with financial systems audit and compliance activities
• Design and implement innovative solutions
• Lead adoption of new SAP functionalities and industry best practices

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related experience, or Master's degree and minimum 8 years of experience
• Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling implementations
• Deep understanding of financial compliance frameworks such as SOX
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated SAP solutions at enterprise level
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business experience in multiple business sub-domains
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent project management and process development skills
