Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

A well-established and expanding manufacturer in Northern Indiana is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support operational leaders and help drive business performance.
This role is ideal for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and become actively involved in strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in helping the organization achieve its growth objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with operational and business leaders on financial performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Analyze profitability and business trends
- Prepare executive-level reporting and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Support strategic planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience preferred
