Final InspectorA Southern California manufacturer supporting aerospace and defense programs is hiring a final inspector with direct bare board PCB inspection experience. This role focuses on final visual inspection of printed circuit boards to confirm compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.Responsibilities:Perform final visual inspection of bare board PCBs after completion of all manufacturing processesReview travelers and standard operating procedures to confirm lot numbers, panel quantities, and completion of prior operationsInspect holes, thickness, markings, and conductive patterns using inspection equipmentVerify products meet order specifications and quality standardsIdentify defects or non-conformances and report findings to the team leadStamp and date travelers and inspection documentationSupport additional inspection or quality tasks as requiredRequirements:Direct experience performing final inspection of PCB bare boardsKnowledge of flex and rigid-flex printed circuitsFamiliarity with industry standards such as: IPC-6012, IPC-6013, IPC-610, J-STD, MIL-STD, P-55110, P-50884, P-31032Ability to identify PCB defects during visual inspectionAbility to read travelers, blueprints, SOPs, and technical documentation in EnglishWillingness to work overtime when production requiresSchedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM) Overtime and weekends as requiredCalifornia Pay Range $18 - $22 USDBenefits: A comprehensive benefits package is available for full-time employees, including: medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and eligible dependents; paid vacation and company holidays; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; additional voluntary benefit options.Work Authorization: This position is located in an ITAR-controlled facility.
