TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop design, engineering and manufacturing services enable customers to reduce the time required to develop new products and bring them to market.The Final Inspector is responsible for inspection of product after completion of all processes. This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to read and understand technical requirements of the traveler and blueprint.Duties and Responsibilities:Read and interpret traveler requirements / blueprints.Perform all types of visual inspection related to printed circuit boards using magnification equipment.Perform basic rework operations such as solder-mask touch-up, remove burrs/rough spots, rework damaged areas, cover exposed copper areas with solder-mask, clean and/or polish surface mount pads that can be done inside the final inspection department.Essential Knowledge and Skills:Basic computer skills- Proficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate clearly in English written text, proper grammar, sentence structure, and clear and concise toneUnderstand basic arithmetic in reference to instructions where interpretations are requiredComfortable utilizing a microscope to view objects at magnificationStrong attention to detail, a highly critical skill for ensuring accuracy in this roleApplying critical thinking skillsComfortable with constructive criticismDependable, reliable, open to coaching and developmentContinuous improvementProactive and resourcefulHigh sense of urgencyAbility to multi-taskModerate physical lifting or moving of final finished circuit boards (approx. 5-10 lbs.)Education and Experience:Sophomore in College or Associate DegreeMust be able to work full time on the day shiftCompleted courses or certificate for Quality Control and InspectionWork experience in Quality Inspection.18+ years of ageITAR Requirements: US Persons (US Citizens or Permanent Resident Card)Interested in ElectronicsWork Environment:Fast paced open office environment with surrounding noise and frequent interruptions.Full time work scheduleCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$43,338 - $68,503Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
