Field SuperintendentAn established construction firm with decades of success is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee multifamily project sites from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, understands construction sequencing inside and out, and is ready to be part of a team that values loyalty, craftsmanship, and long-term success.What You'll Do:Manage all field operations to ensure quality, compliance, and schedule adherenceRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsEnsure work is completed to contract scope and standardsLead subcontractor coordination and daily jobsite activitiesMaintain accurate logs and daily reports through Procore (or similar software)Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environmentSupport inspections, walk-throughs, and final punch list activitiesStep in with hands-on work when needed to maintain momentumIdentify field issues early and coordinate timely solutionsRequirements:Minimum 10 years of experience on large-scale multifamily projectsStrong carpentry background preferredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, iPad-based field tech)OSHA 10 certification (required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage and motivate field crews effectivelyCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $100,000–$135,000 (based on experience)Healthcare Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision – starts Day 1401(k): With employer matchBonuses: Annual performance-based bonusTime Off: Paid vacation, holidays, and personal timeAdditional Perks:Life insuranceEmployee discountsTuition reimbursementOnline training accessGrowth and advancement opportunitiesRelocation Requirement:Must be willing to relocate to the Bridgeport, CT area prior to start
