Field Service TechnicianWe are seeking a Field Service Technician to work on industrial equipment mechanics at customer sites and in a shop environment.
The role involves troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, performing installations, unscheduled repairs, and scheduled maintenance on industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and thrive in a team environment.Responsibilities:Analyze customer equipment breakdowns and recommend corrective actionsPerform major repairs and overhauls on industrial forklift equipmentConduct scheduled maintenance on forklift and industrial equipmentProvide superior customer serviceDemonstrate mechanical and electrical proficiencyEffectively use volt, ohm, and multimeters, as well as personal hand tools, grinders, pressers, and forkliftsRead and interpret schematics and manualsMaintain a customer-focused approach with strong communication skills to deliver professional and comprehensive equipment serviceWork independently and as part of a teamQualifications:2+ years of mechanical experience2+ years of electrical experienceAbility to read blueprints and schematicsAvailability to travel Monday through FridayPreferred:Associate's Degree in a Technical Field or Military Experience***Veterans Are Encouraged to Apply***
