Our range of over 120 products means we can meet every possible requirement, with modular machine designs allowing flexible and customized solutions for all sectors and company sizes, from craftsman's enterprises to industrial profile machining operations.Responsibilities:Highly skilled and motivated to perform new machine installationsDiagnosis, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot repairsMust be proficient in diagnostics and repairs of CNC machine tools as well as installation of machine tools.Technicians are required to travel throughout the United States and CanadaTravel expenses, cell phone, laptop, tools and uniforms will be provided.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC service and knowledge of CNC controls.European style electrical schematics to fault find and troubleshoot machine problemsPLC logic and VFDTransformers with respect to input/output voltages and neutral connectionsExperience of machine assembly, alignment, and leveling to OEM specificationsExperience with ball screw and bearing replacement including linear bearings and railsAbility to comfortably work in metric and standard measuring systemsKnowledge and experience of electrical systems and electronicsTroubleshoot on electrical systems up to and including 600V DCPneumatic systems, ability to repair electrically operated valves, reducers, and cylindersTroubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including gear racks, bearings, and assembly of equipment from component partsKnowledge and understanding of basic mechanical measuring toolsElectro/mechanical assemblies and troubleshootingAbility to travel and work in Canada and the USACompensation:Competitive compensation and benefits packageSalary commensurate with experiencePaid vacation, Medical, dental, short/long term disability, life, matching 401K***VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY***
