Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a competitive and self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building a territory from the ground up. They should be comfortable opening new accounts, walking manufacturing plants, challenging incumbent suppliers, and pursuing complex equipment sales.
They will need the resilience to handle rejection, the discipline to maintain consistent follow-up, and the technical curiosity to understand customer manufacturing needs. This role is best suited for a true hunter who takes personal ownership of pipeline creation, revenue growth, and territory performance.
