The Ash Group is hiring a Field Performance Advisor (FPA) for our client (a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks). This is a Hybrid 12 to 18-month contract role based in Seattle, WA , offering a pay rate of $56.00 per hour. This role is strictly tower-focused ; we are seeking experts in macro cell site construction and crew management who can drive supplier performance, safety, and quality standards in the field.
- Compensation: $56.00 per hour.

- Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA market) with regular site visits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage directly with third-party suppliers on‑site to consult on tower construction , correcting real‑time discrepancies in safety, tool utilization, and build quality.
- Analyze site performance metrics including Cycle Time , Close Out Package (COP) First Time Right , and JHA compliance .
- Conduct root‑cause analysis on performance deficiencies and implement process improvements to increase crew effectiveness.
- Partner with Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams to validate construction drawings and evaluate market‑level site requests.
- Utilize Site Tracker and Power BI to monitor domain metrics and provide feedback on information accuracy for training and delivery.
- Support Governance for Quarterly Supplier Business Reviews (QBR) , reporting field findings and leading field‑related action items.
- Collaborate with Automation teams to identify systemic problems and propose cross‑market tool enhancements to increase supplier efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in the telecommunications industry with a heavy focus on Macro/Tower construction (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of general construction procedures and the ability to provide design solutions and guidance on the order of operations.
- Safety & Standards: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. OSHA 30-hour course completion for the telecommunications industry is required.
- Supplier Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and direct general contractor suppliers, including scope estimation and contract adherence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
