Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Field Operations team in Seattle. This role owns all on-site activities from startup to project completion, including safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and coordinating subs.
You will lead the on-site management team and collaborate with PMs to keep the project on track. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction leadership, strong ability to read drawings, manage budgets, and mentor field staff.
