As we continue to grow, we're expanding our field-based client services team - the heart of our client and caregiver experience.The Role: Field ManagerThis role is ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, meeting families, supporting caregivers, and representing our agency in the community.

You'll conduct in-home assessments, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive growth through referral development and community engagement.It's a hands-on, people-focused role - perfect for someone who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and making a meaningful difference every day.What You'll DoClient Experience & Field AssessmentsConduct in-home care assessments and reassessmentsBuild strong, trusting relationships with clients and familiesEnsure care plans are accurate, personalized, and aligned with client needsServe as a responsive, compassionate point of contact for client concernsCaregiver Support & OversightPartner with caregivers to ensure successful client-caregiver matchesProvide field support, oversight, coaching, and communication as neededConduct annual reviews and supervisory visitsHelp maintain continuity and quality of careBusiness Development & Community OutreachRepresent With A Little Help at community events, senior centers, and partner organizationsBuild and nurture referral relationships with healthcare and community partnersIdentify opportunities to expand our presence and strengthen our reputationSupport marketing initiatives and local engagement effortsOperational CoordinationCollaborate closely with the office team to ensure smooth scheduling and service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation and follow established processesSupport the overall client services workflow with reliability and professionalismWho You AreYou're the kind of person who lights up when you walk into a client's home or meet a new community partner.
