Field Integration & Validation Test EngineerLocation: Seattle, WANEED – only USC & GC ProfileRole: Field Integration & Validation Test EngineerKey job responsibilities:Develop and execute Field Integration Test scenarios with several HW permutations and configurationsReport progress daily and adjust according to the feedbackCollaborate closely with software engineering and quality assurance teams to identify opportunities to improve test coverage and optimize testing workflowsStay up-to-date on the latest advancements in test automation, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologiesBasic qualifications:Understanding functional embedded SW/HW validation and existing methodsBasic understanding of IP networking and wireless technologies and testing these technologiesExperience on manual test case creation and executionExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsPreferred qualifications:Experience automating manual HW/RF/FW/SW testingExperience in enterprise-grade test automation frameworks and platformsHands-on expertise in developing custom test automation tools, libraries, and integrations to enhance developer productivityStrong RF domain expertise with experience managing site surveys, assessing link budget/SINR, signal interference, spectrum management/coordination with other wireless systemsProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
