You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each patient is treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. The Patient Center Supervisor leads daily operations at our Averhealth patient care centers, ensuring a professional, compassionate, and compliant testing experience. This role provides hands-on leadership to staff, supports patient engagement, and safeguards the integrity of all testing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient patient experienceLead, coach, schedule, and support testing center staffConduct observed urine collections with female patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirementsMaintain full compliance with Averhealth policies, chain-of-custody protocols, and regulatory standardsEnsure accurate documentation, quality control, and timely reportingAddress patient concerns professionally and promote a recovery-focused environmentScheduleFull-time: Typically between 35-40 hours per weekMust have flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needsPrimary hours: This person MUST be available 7 days per week.
