Position Responsibilities

• Deliver family-focused primary care for adults
• Manage preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Coordinate with specialists and community resources

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (Board Eligible ONLY if currently in residency — must pass boards before starting)
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registrationAuthorized to work in the United States
