nCommunityCare Mount Pleasant Clinic, affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a family medicine pr med-peds trained physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Scranton, PA.
nJob Duties
nCommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program.
nIn this role, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams to manage population health, improve outcomes, and drive preventive care initiatives. The patient panel includes comprehensive care across the full lifespan, from newborns to end-of-life care.

Clinic hours (subject to change):

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM rotation

One evening shift per week required

Compensation - salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience

Recruitment incentives up to $250,000, including residency/fellowship stipend (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers)
