Position Description

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care services for underserved patient populations in Hawthorne.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine and primary care services
• Manage approximately 20 to 22 patients per day
• Deliver culturally sensitive care to low-income, uninsured and underserved communities
• Work with a multidisciplinary team supporting primary care patients
• Work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Currently completing residency, board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Ability to work onsite in Hawthorne
• Mission-driven approach to serving underserved patient populations
• Interest in working with a Federally Qualified Health Center patient population
