• Direct Primary Care model
• Limited panel of 600 - 800 patients
• Up to 14 patients per day
• Full family medicine practice

Compensation

• Annual salary ranges from $223,000 to $244,000
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay

Shift & Schedule

• 32-hour work week

Requirements

• Board-certified Family Medicine required
• Must be opted out of Medicare
