Family Medicine Physician Assistant Position

Quitman, Texas – UT Health East Texas Quitman RHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our outpatient clinic. The role involves day‑to‑day primary care, including routine checkups, preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute concerns.

Job Responsibilities

• Average patient load of 18‑25 per day, Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Outpatient only, no weekend requirement.
• Utilize onsite X‑Ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound diagnostics.
• Practice within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Work with a support staff mix of CCMA/LVN and on‑site lab personnel.
• Conduct patient evaluations, create and manage treatment plans, and coordinate follow‑up care.
