Position Overview
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in Pittsburg, TX. We seek a Family Medicine APP to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.
About the Position
Average patient load of 18-22 per day. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Outpatient only. Call schedule 1 active week per 2 months. Onsite imaging: X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound. EMR: EPIC. Support staff mix of CCMA/LVN. Provide day‑to‑day primary care for patients, managing routine checkups, prevention, chronic conditions, and acute concerns. Evaluate patients through exams and diagnostics, then create and manage treatment plans.
