From managing cleaning schedules to coordinating maintenance and safety checks, you'll make sure the facility is always ready for our pups, clients, and team.
You'll also support and lead our overnight and facility cleaning team, ensuring high standards are met every shift.What you'll do:Lead and support our overnight and facility cleaning teamsMake sure every space, from play areas to restrooms, is spotless and well-maintainedIdentify and fix facility issues quickly, coordinating repairs as neededConduct regular safety checks and document any hazards or maintenance needsTrack and order cleaning supplies and equipment, keeping inventory under controlCommunicate with leadership about facility updates and prioritiesYou might be a perfect fit if:You're detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility.You have a proactive mindset and enjoy identifying maintenance needs before they become larger issues.You're comfortable performing basic repairs and coordinating larger maintenance projects with vendors when needed.You're a natural problem-solver who stays calm and focused under pressure.You're organized and can manage multiple priorities, from preventative maintenance to inventory and team support.You're comfortable working around pets, cleaning chemicals, and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.Bonus if you have:Experience in facilities, janitorial services, or operations leadershipKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a pet care or hospitality environmentVendor management or basic maintenance coordination experiencePhysical requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periodsComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with cleaning equipmentTolerance for pet hair, dirt, and occasional messesWhat we offer:Free VIP Membership to SkiptownCha-Ching Fridays!
