Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested with a hospitality and service forward approach.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectivesProvide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requestedManage and maintain small facility management tasks as assignedCreating memorable guest experiences by sharing knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities available to help visitors feel welcomed and productive throughout their stay.Coordinate special events in support of client or JLLSupport Experience teams as necessaryProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities, including managing vendors and vendor follow up.Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility, inclusive of managing stockProviding support for reception and mail services as needed.Act as an interface with client, visitors and guestsEnsure appropriate follow up with customersProvide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruptionManage all work orders on time, managing budget expectations and follow up with all vendors and billing.Required Qualifications:2+ years' experience with Facility or Property AdministrationGED or High school diplomaSuperior customer service skills and orientationMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reportsPreferred Qualifications:Ability to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionProficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillsStrong organizational skills and collaborative styleThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:65,000.00 – 72,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
