Description
The Facilities Painter is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting, finishing, and surface preparation across organizational properties. This role ensures all work is completed to a high standard, contributing to safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for staff and the individuals served. Responsibilities include surface prep, patching, sanding, priming, and applying paints and coatings, as well as maintaining tools, materials, and work areas. The position may also support general facility maintenance tasks and ensures compliance with safety standards and organizational guidelines.

Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience
- High School graduate or equivalent with a basic working knowledge of painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and household appliance repairs.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self, as necessary.
