nKey Responsibilities n

• nExecute professional climbing for tree pruning, removals, and preservation.n
n
• nWork collaboratively within 2–4 person crews and delegate tasks to ground support.n
n
• nOperate aerial lift equipment and maintain assigned tools and climbing gear.n
n
• nEngage professionally with homeowners to deliver exceptional customer service.n
n
• nIdentify potential property needs and communicate upselling opportunities to the crew leader.n
n
• nAdhere strictly to company safety protocols and jobsite standards.n
n

nQualifications n

n
• nExperience: Minimum 2 years of professional tree climbing experience.n
n
• nEducation & License: High school diploma/GED and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.n
n
• nPhysical Capability: Ability to perform demanding aerial work in varying outdoor weather conditions.n
n
• nSkills: Strong communication, a team-first mindset, and an uncompromised commitment to safety.n
