The attorney will provide legal counsel to existing clients in their litigation matters and also be responsible for working with and managing a staff of 5 other scrappy professionals - a younger attorney and a paralegal team.We are looking for an experienced probate/guardianship attorney with litigation experience, but will consider an experienced litigator in other areas with the understanding that they will have to learn the area of probate/guardianship.
