What You'll Do
- Install flat glass, insulated units, mirrors, and showers
- Measure and cut glass accurately
- Complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Identify additional opportunities while on-site
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- 1+ year of glass installation experience (more is better)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable using mobile technology (ServiceTitan, dispatch software, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- You need to be told what to do all day
- You disappear or don't respond during work hours
- You think "close enough" is good enough
- You are unreliable or inconsistent
- Consistent work - no guessing about hours
- Company vehicle and tools
- Competitive pay: $25-$30/hr based on experience
