EXPEDITOR

Expeditor (Expo) Job

As the Expeditor (Expo), you will ensure that when Famous Food leaves the kitchen it has both proper presentation and order accuracy when delivered to our Guests.

Expedites guest checks to the culinary staff in the kitchen, checks ticket times, garnishes and inspects product. Returns items to wait staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Process and expedite guest orders to the culinary team in the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals

Check ticket times and conduct follow-up

Garnish and inspect products prior to delivery to the guest

Maintains cleanliness and stock of work area/outlet

Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary

Previous restaurant experience preferred

Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required

English language and professional communications skills are required

Ability to work in a team environment

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Mobility required during the entire shift

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
