Executive Search Consultant - Specialty Chemicals

Our client is growing and looking for a driven Executive Search Consultant to join their team! This is a candidate-focused recruiting role with no business development responsibilities. This is a remote opportunity for someone who is motivated, relationship-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in executive search.

You'll work alongside an experienced search team to identify, engage, evaluate, and place top talent in the Specialty Chemicals industry .

What You'll Do:

• Manage the candidate side of the search process from initial outreach through placement
• Source and identify high-quality candidates through research, referrals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct frequent phone and email outreach to passive and active candidates
• Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, career goals, and search requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships
• Partner with senior recruiters to develop recruiting strategies for each search
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and information in the CRM
• Manage multiple searches while meeting recruiting and placement goals

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or executive search experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making frequent phone calls and engaging with candidates
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a distributed team
