Executive Sales Director — Strategic Accounts Leader

Pepper Source is a family-owned company supplying custom sauces, seasonings, and dry coating systems to major poultry and food service industries in the United States. We seek an Executive Sales Director to lead the Sales organization, drive strategic growth, and manage key accounts, including Walmart and Sam’s Club.

The role reports to the COO and requires building strong relationships with customers while aligning opportunities with profitability and capacity.
