We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter – Real Estate at 20/20 Foresight Executive Search!
We’re looking for a relationship-driven recruiter to help execute retained searches for senior professionals and executives across the real estate industry.
20/20 Foresight is a national executive search and talent advisory firm with more than 30 years of experience specializing in real estate, financial services, and professional services.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with experienced search consultants to execute retained real estate searches.
- Identify, engage, and assess candidates for roles across acquisitions, asset management, development, construction, capital markets, finance, and operations.
- Build relationships with real estate professionals and guide candidates through the search process.
- Develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and prepare candidate presentations.
What we’re looking for:
- Executive search or agency recruiting experience; real estate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple searches with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- A collaborative approach and the initiative to keep searches moving.
