- The West Florida Division Medical Group is projected to grow to over 900 providers by the end of 2026.
- The division spans a broad geography in eight counties: Charlotte, Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk.
- Practices are located in five Care Pavilions.
- Providers represent 40 specialties and care for one million patients annually.
- AdventHealth Medical Group staff provides care at locations throughout West Florida, including fifteen AdventHealth hospital locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction, oversight, and physician leadership to all AdventHealth employed Ob/Gyn practices in West Florida.
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership that drives measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and quality performance across the hospitals.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to standardize care pathways, implement evidence-based practices, and align physician engagement with organizational goals.
- Play a key role in physician recruitment, onboarding, and staffing optimization.

Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active Florida Medical License
- Active US Board certification
- Medical specialty can be OB/Gyn, Maternal Fetal Medicine or Urogynecology
